Thank you Ellis County...
Since the beginning of the year, hundreds of you devoted your time, funds, and efforts in support of my re-election as Judge of the Ellis County Court at Law No. 1. I write this letter, today, to extend a most heartfelt thanks and appreciation for your commitment and loyalty to my campaign, as well as, to the Court’s dedication to serving the families, children, and businesses of Ellis County.
In writing and by telephone, I have personally pledged my commitment, to Mr. Chapman, to work with him as he prepares to transition to the bench, on January 1, 2011, so as to best ensure the Court’s uninterrupted service to our community.
I am committed to continuing serving this community with honor and integrity, whether it be as your Judge for the remainder of this year, or in any other capacity in the future. I so appreciate all of you who have expressed your confidence in me and your support of my continued public service to Ellis County.
Monica and I look forward to the years ahead, raising our children in this wonderful community that we call home and teaching them the virtues of serving others – following the example set by so many of you.
